Unified Residence of LA County
Hello
Today we will introduce you to LA County’s Unified Residence.
In Los Angeles County, sub-housing units were allowed under a bill of parliament. This law caused an explosion in the businesses involved in the construction of ADUs. Building a small building in the backyard of a house in a borough can be daunting, but companies like United Dwelling make it easy and share rental profits with homeowners.
United Dwelling is looking for homeowners who can do ADU projects together. This team has more than 15 years of experience building ADUs in Los Angeles. The company is partnering with homeowners to transform unused garages or backyards into 369 m2 rental homes. The tiny homes will be rented to customers for 1,300 $ – 2.100 $.
ADUs are studios of 20 m x 24 m built into unused areas of a backyard or garage. It includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with storage walls, a bathroom, a living area, and a private deck. There is even room for washing machine and dryer in the houses.
United Dwelling has positioned tiny houses close to public transport and transit hubs. There are approximately 831,000 homes to these standards in Los Angeles County, and construction takes just six weeks.
These tiny houses also have a fenced wall or patio for pets or plants
United Dwelling will cover the cost of building ADU’s backyard when partnering with homeowners. It also offers the opportunity to lease the land for 12, 15, 25 years. At the end of the lease, this tiny house becomes the landlord. Also, homeowners can buy these tiny homes for 88,000 $.
